Don't Blink Volleyball Camps
Don't Blink Volleyball Camps are built on the idea of "playing with your eyes open". Volleyball should be taught with visual cues, allowing players to see and feel how the game is played, a philosophy Tom Hilbert has always believed in.
Tom Hilbert brings decades of coaching experience to YOUR high school gym. Your players will learn fundamental volleyball skills, along with intensity focused game play. He will also bring experienced current and former college or professional players and coaches to assist with his coaching. In addition, Coach Hilbert can also add segments for leadership and team building if it can work in your schedule.
Leadership & Speaking
After 43 years of experience with youth teams, college teams, athletic departments and community engagement, Tom Hilbert knows first-hand what it takes to create a winning team and a positive organizational culture.
Coach Tom will share his thoughts about Team and Organizational Culture, Leadership and Trust Building. He also speaks confidently about the concepts of GRIT and Mental Resiliency.
